Hartford South Wilson Avenue Wetland Permitting
Project Category: Natural Resources Permitting
This project will facilitate the construction of 1,100 lineal feet of north-south street extension in Hartford, a vital component in freeing the flow of traffic through the city. At issue is an area of wetlands, through or around which the construction must go.
To ensure the project’s timely progress both in compliance with and respectful of the wetlands in question, Kunkel Engineering Group is working with various state and federal agencies including the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and the United States Army Corps of Engineers to obtain the necessary permits for meeting all wetland construction requirements.
Our goal is to provide the much-needed street extension with minimal wetlands impact.
