City of Green Lake Street & Utility Reconstruction
Complete street and utility construction totaling more than 4,500 linear feet throughout the city of Green Lake, began late in the spring of 2010 and was completed, save for a second layer of asphalt, by the end of September.The second layer of asphalt will be done in September 2011, as is standard procedure. The project included new sidewalks, curb and gutter, decorative railings and street lights with flag pole holders throughout the downtown business district.
Kunkel Engineering Group was responsible for all facets of this $1.85 million project, from design through project management, construction inspection, project close-out and final assessments. The Green Lake project was completed on time and approximately $200,000 under budget.
